not able to click the button in popup window

i need to put input and also click button in the popup window but im not sure how to do it.
Previously the system behaviour have this frame name , basically when i switch to that frame name , it able to click and able to put successfully. But this time around , i see when i inspect the popup window the i can see the totally call the new window . that is why , when i run the script is not able to click the button in popup window. any idea how to call this popup window
