Inline AI completions not working for Typescript

hi

is this expected or should it work? Javascript is marked as “beta” in the settings. I assume that its related to TS. 
The inline completions do not appear in .ts files. Same for multine completion triggered with the keyboard. In the same IDE instance completions work for python.
