Strange underlining of imports in the new version 2024.2.1

Right now, I have 2 versions of PyCharm on my PC. (With only new version I had the same problem).  So, I opened “test” project in two different versions of the programme. The same interpreter, the same setting from sync with one account. BUT the new version don't see “DeclarativeBase” class from library, and the old version is see… I tried to Invalidate Caches, disabled all plugins, which do not fit the new version. But it doesn't help. And if I start the script, no bugs will be. And in 2024.1.6, and in 2024.2.1. If someone helps me, I will be very grateful. Thanks!
