Hello fellow developers,

I'm from Tarrant County College (TCC), USA, and I'm not sure why my student account is showing blocked, since I've applied for the GitHub student package. My student account is: xiao.hui@my.tccd.edu and my Github accounts are: xiao.hui@my.tccd.edu and xiaohuiwlba@gmail.com.
My Github accounts have PRO tags, can you help me or give me some guidance to fix this issue?

Thanks.

Hello,

We have changed the process for applying for JetBrains educational licenses with official documents in your region.
To apply, simply follow the steps below:

1. Sign up for a GitHub Student Developer Pack. (https://github.com/edu/students) You can sign up for free by submitting an official document like a student or teacher ID or an enrollment letter.

2. Apply for a JetBrains educational license using your GitHub account.

GitHub is our trusted partner, and their Student
Developer Pack offers many benefits, including access to JetBrains
educational licenses.

Hello, I have been given the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but you have not agreed to issue me a discount!

Jacky,

You do not in fact have a student license for JetBrains as this was why I sent you the instructions in my previous email. Please apply for the license on our website and you will recieve a free student license.

Hello,

You must apply for the license online at: https://www.jetbrains.com/community/education/#students

There is no license associated with that email.

Rory McCabe I'm trying to, but I am unable to. my only university account is blocked for a reason unbeknownst to me. I can't afford to create a new account for my university only distribute them 1 account per student. I'm Kindly asking what I'm supposed to do in the said situation? Thank you.
