Menues are not working

Im am new to Pccharm and quite new to Phyton, but have some small Python scripts running well. Now I want to go deeper to Grphical Python programming and have tow examples for  menus.

But if I run them of Pccharm or from the command line, the window appears but no menu.

Work on Mac OS ventura latest patchens, and latest Pccharm community edition.

Can anybody give me a hint or help
