Link Errors from Support
I have written for support twice in the last couple of days, to phpstorm-support@jetbrains.com
I get a response, "Our support team is looking into your request. It was logged as #99999999
I have changed the number!
I am asked to upload a file, and when it is uploaded, tell them the ID, or continue the conversation at
https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/requests/99999999
But twice now, the “requests” link supplied, gives me a 404.
Is there any way round this? Emailing again just gave me another ID, which was also 404.

Hello Pete Clark,
The response from Support was sent to you yesterday. Please check the email address from which the request was sent - com***********@*****sta.com. It is possible that the email got to the Spam folder somehow.
Thank you, yes, it was sent at 23:58 my time, and I have only just opened the office. It wasn't in the spam, I have only just opened the mail system. Thanks for the response, it was sent 7 or 8 hours after I added the post here.
But the issue with the link that you sent me, still exists. Although I don't need the link now, both support links that you sent me still give a 404. I wonder if this affects other clients as well.
This may happen if another email address was used when submitting the initial request.
Please email me and we will sort this issue out too.
