[Bug] Tabs & Indents stops working

Hello,

As you can see on the screenshot below, code format does not work anymore. I have the last PHPStorm version and does no changes on my settings, but overnight the indentation stops working properly. 
The shortcut `code → Reformat code` doesn't work anymore as well. 
I've tried to restore IDE default settings, disable `editorConfig` plugin, change the scheme from `Projet` to `IDE` but the problem remains.

It results on a messed up generated code or comments, like so :
 

I don't know what to do to make it work properly again.
