Issue with IntelliJ IDEA Plugin Installation

Hello,
I'm having trouble installing plugins in IntelliJ IDEA. When I try to install a plugin from the marketplace . I've tried restarting the IDE and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists.
Is there a way to manually install plugins or troubleshoot this installation problem? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is possible to install plugins manually from disk. Please see https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/managing-plugins.html#install_plugin_from_disk
If you're behind a corporate proxy please ensure that it is properly configured in the IDE settings https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/settings-http-proxy.html
Are there any related exceptions in the idea.log file?
