PROCESSING... (copy/reformat code/...)

A couple of versions ago, a problem of long “Processing…” appeared after almost every copy, search, save

Is it still an issue in the current version (2024.2.3)? If yes, would it be possible to capture a CPU snapshot while reproducing the issue:
1) Help > Diagnostic tools > Start CPU usage profiling
2) perform the actions which are causing the issue
3) Help > Diagnostic tools > Stop CPU usage profiling
 
and share it along with the log folder zipped (Help > Collect logs and Diagnostic Data) within a support ticket?

Where should I dump the log archives?
There is nothing on the support ticket (👆) page, it is empty.
