My email is blocked for applying student license

I recently applied for an educational license using my official documents a few days ago, but I have not yet received a response. When I attempted to apply again through GitHub, I encountered an issue where my email address, m202474193@hust.edu.cn, is reported as blocked. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?
