PHPstorm 2024.2.3: Debugging not working after update

Hi,

i was using a 2021 Version of PHPstorm until yesterday. Debugging was working fine in the old version. Now nothing happens.

Why doesn't it work? I imported all settings from the previous Version.

I even added a “PHP Built-In Web Server”. Nothing helps.

The only thing that changed was the PHPStorm version.

“start listening for php connections” does nothing
