Alt+Up, Alt+down keys shortcut

A feature offered in may text editor is the use of alt+up and alt+down arrow keys.

This shortcut is supposed to let you swap line's content with the next one.

Why reinventing the wheel with a new text editor shortcuts overlay when the others work perfectly fine and are loved by developers here? Bring back the shortcuts please, we need em.
