CSS - Slow processing

Hello, I have a problem when trying to code the .jsp file. To be more precise, I'm doing a servlet project, everything runs really smoothly but the CSS takes a long time to affect to the JSP file. When I test in another IDE the CSS effect immediately

Hi, could you please share more details of "CSS takes a long time to affect to the JSP file."? Is it take long time for the live preview or building project takes long time? Meanwhile, please reproduce this issue then capture the logs via Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data, and share the zip file with us.
