don't know my password

Hi,

First, I am very new to datagrip and jetbrains. 

I downloaded Datagrip and I'm trying to create a postgres database. I get to the data sources and drivers window shown here:

I don't know what password to use on this window. I tried my jetbrains password and it doesn't work. When I test connection I get the following error:

When I click change credentials I get to this window:

I also tried my Mac password and it didn't work.

Can someone help me figure out what password I should use or help me reset the password?
