How to remove auto focus on "frame deactivation"

Answered

I want this feature but it's annoying because my cursor keep moves to the IDE when I'm typing in a browser or something.

Putting it to “do nothing” solves the issue, but then I have to update manually.

Is there a way to remove the auto focus when the update is going on ?

Thanks,

Hello, Jin!

Thank you for reporting this!

I've tested the scenario with the “On frame deactivation” option, but it does not seem to “steal” the focus in my environment.

Could you share a short screencast showing the Run Configuration you are using and the issue itself?

You can share the screencast using out upload service (please provide Upload ID).

Hello,

I tried to reproduce the problem and noticed it happens when I leave the IDE with the code incomplete and thus has errors.

This is probably normal right? I'll try to update this comment with a screencast later.
Thank you

Jin Thank you for sharing the details!

Based on the description this seems like an intended behavior, however, if you find it distracting/disruptive of your workflows we can review it and consider readjusting it.

Again, screencast would be very helpful to see the full picture and better understand the context.
