Is New UI still under development?
JetBrains blog announced in “Bridging the Gap Between the Classic and New UIs” that the Classic UI plugin is likely to be discontinued by July 2025. Are there plans to fix some of the usability issues of New UI before that happens, or it's considered feature complete and no new development is expected?

We continue filing and addressing our UI usability issues. This is a continuous process, and stopping the development of NewUI is not planned. Some tickets (for example, IJPL-43725) are in the active development stage right now.
Please post a comment on the issue in our tracker to receive an update on its status. If you don't know a ticket number, or there is no ticket yet, specify your concern, and support will find or create a new ticket for you.
