Mark Modified marker remains visible after save
The marker remains visible even after I save the file. Is this a bug, or does it behave differently compared to WebStorm? In WebStorm, the marker disappears once the modified file is saved, as it’s meant to indicate “unsaved changes".

This doesn't look right. Please try invalidating cache following the steps listed in the article here - https://www.jetbrains.com/help/go/invalidate-caches.html and let us know if this makes any difference. Also, if this doesn't help, please try disabling any custom plugins, restart the IDE and see if the issue persists after that.
