TUM Student Licence renewal problem

Dear Support Team,
My name is Selin Aktaş, student at TUM. I have renewed my student license to access it for another year and had no problem using it for 2 months. However today IntelliJ kept asking for a license renewal and couldn't see I had it already. I leave a message on my account and the confirmation e-mail for my renewal. I have exams based on this program, so I must solve this problem as soon as possible.
