Disable "Fix with AI" in context actions menu

Is it possible to remove “Fix with AI” as the first option here?

I am not using  Jetbrains AI as assistant (and my organization has disabled AI Assistent), so this functionality doesnt do anything for me, while the helpful functionality is below. “Create field” is what I actually want to do, so ideally thats the first choice. Now takes double amount of keystrokes to do what I want. 
Please, dont suggest to use the AI to fix this issue.
