Question About Transferring Subscription from Student Email to Personal Email

I’ve been a long-time user of IDEA. Initially, I started with a student license under my student email, and after the educational period, I transitioned to a paid subscription while keeping the same email.

Now, I’d like to transfer my current paid subscription from my student email to my personal email while retaining the renewal discount and subscription continuity.

Is it possible to make this transition seamlessly? If so, could you guide me on the steps to achieve this?

Thank you for your request. Please excuse the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately, our records don't show any subscription linked with your private email address. Would you please send me the email address where the subscription was delivered/the number of order and a coly of your local ID with your full name (all sensitive information can be blurred) for verification of your JetBrains account ownership?

You can change student email to your personal email within the "Account Manage" page of your JetBrains Account.
