Adjust notifications in code editor

Hello. I am a new user of PyCharm CE and learning programming with Python. So a newbie :-)

While typing code, I always get a pop-up screen that is over the previous code. And this just covers the information I want to see…

Is it possible to adjust or disable this information? See screenshot of the relevant pop-up screen. Thank you in advance for your comments.
