Cannot start internal HTTP server

Currently working with PycharmCE on MacOS, but I installed Parallels to use Window 11 OS and installed Pycharm there as well. Now when I try to Debug in Pycharm in MacOS, I get the error message on Startup.
Cannot start internal HTTP server. Git integration, JavaScript debugger and LiveEdit may operate with errors. Please check your firewall settings and restart PyCharm.
I haven't enabled firewalls and ensure that Pycharm debugger port is correct “63342” but I still cannot get Debugger working. I also checked my local host is 127.0.0.1
How do I fix the debugger?
