Portion of Pycharm New Project window not appearing/obscured

Using Windows 11 and Community Edition on a two-monitor configuration. I created a project after initial install of Pycharm, but now when I bring up a New Project screen, all the fields are not appearing. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, but that didn't help. Everything else seems fine.
