Only show relative file path in window header

I like to hide all of the toolbars and status bars but I like having visibility of where I am within my project (which is useful when having multiple files with the same name but in different directories).

Ticking the option “Always show full path in header” achieves this, however I want to know if there is a way to only show the full path from the project root, as I do not need to know where on my computer my project is. 

As seen on the screenshot here at the top, I don't need that “/Users/winbarua/Developer/repos/”. Is there any way to do this?
