PhpStorm and windows 11

Hello, when I open PhpStorm, within a few minutes, the software closes. I restart, and it closes again.
I do not know which setting to access on windows because on Mac it works well.
Can you help me?

Could you please share logs from Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data or from %LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains\<product><version>\log? You can upload them here and let me know the Upload ID: https://uploads.jetbrains.com/.
