Can't find option to open file in file browser

I recently ran updates on my PHPstorm IDE so that it supported PHP 8.4. Unfortunately, I can no longer find the option to open a file in the file browser, which I swear was somewhere there before. 

I managed to find this old thread, which suggested there was an option to "show in files". I don't really care what it is referred to (files/file-browser, file-explorer etc), but it would be great if there was an option to open the file location in my default configured file browser in Linux.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IJPL-171764. Could you please try the 2025.1 EAP version?

Thanks for letting me know. I downloaded the EAP to see if it works there for me and it does, so I will just keep checking for updates and hopefully the fixes will make it through to the stable version soon.

How about “Navigate | Select In | Show in XX” (where XX would be your OS file manager, e.g. Explorer on Windows). Shortcut: Alt+F1, 0 using Windows keymap.

It is context dependant, so will work in the Project View panel, in the Editor, Search results etc.
