Can't drag files out of project tree

Running Build #PY-243.23654.177, I find i can't drag files in the project tree.

I can drag tabs around in the editor.

I do not have the require alt to drag-and-drop option selected. Even if I do select that, holding alt does not allow dragging of files in the project tree.

Can anyone repro this?

I just encountered the same issue. I've seen it happen a few times before in IntelliJ Ultimate #IU-243.24978.4. A restart resolves the issue.

Could you please check whether the issue is still present in the latest version of PyCharm?
