GoLand vs PyCharm Pro

I've searched extensively about this topic in google but did not find any proper explanation.

I ‘ve downloaded trial version of both Goland and Pycharm pro. It seems Pycharm Pro can be used for everything from Python dev to JS dev but Go. On the other hand, Goland can do all of those and additionally Python dev as well with the Python CE plugin.

I have slight OCD of using one app for one purpose. In this case, it seems if I purchase Goland I can do Go, JS and Python as well. Am I correct? Or what Python dev related features I will be missing if I don't use Pycharm Pro and use Goland for everything?

One thing I am aware of missing Jupyter support in Goland which is ok. I am primarily looking for pure python dev with nodejs integration. Is it possible to do it in Goland?

Hi Rhinjard ! Thank you for your question. Perhaps this link will help - https://www.jetbrains.com/products/compare/?product=pycharm&product=pycharm-ce ? Practically, PyCharm Professional edition has some additional features listed on the page linked above, but based on your description, using GoLand and PyCharm CE as a plugin should do the trick, I think. Please let me know if something's critical for you is missing and we'll check if there's any workaround available.
