Can no longer open any Scala SBT projects

Hi,

I am currently unable to open any Scala SBT project. Although I can still open projects in Java. It was still possible yesterday. Once I opened IntelliJ today, project would no longer open.
Currently, IntelliJ stays stuck on the opening window. See the attached picture.

The problem evolved. At first, I could still open new projects (from existing sources I had not created) and was unable to open any project I directly created. I tried only the suggested plugins troubleshooting. I disabled any plugin which notified me of a new update (Kotlin plugin only), in addition to uninstalling then reinstalling the Scala plugin.
It solved the problem but for a very short time. After opening the project a few times, it would no longer open existing projects. Now, I am unable to open any Scala project.

I believe the problem can be solved like in the above link, if any admin could check my IntelliJ log directory and tell me what to do. I would be very thankful to receive assistance to solve the problem.
