On Frame Deactivation option cannot be setup when doing Remote Development

Hi everyone! I hope someone will have the answer to this :)

I'm using JetBrains Gateway to connect to an SSH remote server and do some work over there, as it removes a lot of the load from my work laptop so that the heavy and CPU-intensive work can be done on the server. I have completed my setup in a way that it is identical to the local setup I used before, but the only thing I can't do is setup On Frame Deactivation for a Spring Boot app.

The option is there but looks different from local IntelliJ and no option can be selected, when clicked, the popup menu disappears.

Notice the different look of the option. Does someone know how to solve this? Or is this a bug?
