Unable to renew my student license

Hi,

i'm not able to renew my student license. My email is rm558423@fiap.com.br. I dont have a link in my account to request to renew it and i didnt receive any email about license expiration. 

I sent an email for support and for sales but no answer until today.

Thanks for reaching out! I would be more than happy to assist you in renewing the student license manually. In order to perform this function, we will need to receive proof of your student/Teacher enrollment at the school or university. The prefered types of documents are ID’s, and student transcripts. Please provide these at your earliest convenience so we can handle this request for you.
