Slow connect on remote coding

Hi,
I using remote coding over ssh. I use my local server and everything is connect with Ethernet Cat5e (1000 Mb/s). I got something like this every time.
I don't have autocomplete and highlight syntax. Only I use my network at this moment. There is some spec.
- Ping with server is <1ms.
- Server CPU run under 10% (Intel i5-11400F)
- RAM run on 50% (7 GB is free)
- On server is run WebStorm and IntelliJ at same time
I have this with code with me with my friend.
Can I change config for faster connection?
