No License Associated with My JetBrains Student Account

I joined the JetBrains Student Program using my GitHub Student Developer Pack account on September 25, 2024. At that time, I successfully activated the student license and was able to use the JetBrains tools without any issues.

However, today when I logged in, I noticed that no license is currently associated with my JetBrains account. I haven't made any changes to my account or subscription, so I'm unsure why the license is missing.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and restore my student license?

Thank you for reaching out to us. After checking your JetBrains account I see that your student subscription
is valid until June 02, 2025, and your JetBrains account is managed with this email address agasta***7@gmail.com. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the
software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription here https://account.jetbrains.com/login. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password.

Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.

Hello there! I have same issue, suddenly my student licence has desapeared!! I have activated my student program on GitHub and aftere rebooting my computer, JetBraing is no recognizing these license anymore.

I've logged in onto my JetBraing account and says “No Available Licences” but when I try to apply to a new licence via GitHub, it says:

"If you want to renew your student license, use the link specific to your JetBrains account or a link from the automatic email reminder we sent you a week before your subscription expires.
This GitHub account has already been used for another request. Check your inbox for an invitation email with instructions on how to proceed."

I have no clue of what could be happening, If you can help me!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please create a request here https://www.jetbrains.com/support/sales/#email-sales, describe the
problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a
screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of
being verified as belonging to a student, your student email address
and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your
full name and confirmation of your current student status in
2025/2026 academic year for validation of your JetBrains account
ownership and eligibility.
