Creating a standalone IDE (not plugin)

Hi Community,

I was hoping to create a customized IDE based on pycharm community edition. I was not looking for creating custom plugins instead i need to rebrand pycharm community and need to add some custom plugins and publish as a new IDE. Can anyone help me in this.I have read some documentations and i saw that this is legal based on its licence.

I was hoping to get a support, i have loaded intellij community on Idea and made some changes, but i dont have an idea how to convert that to an installable form.
