Would this persistent AI harassment stop?

Dear Jetbrains, just how many times i have to answer/disable/opt out from the AI features you have to offer before you finally register and stop adding/re-enabling it with each IntelliJ (Ultimate) update? Can this be an opt-in and some sort of global option you can keep track of in-between updates? please?
