How do I tell RubyMine to use the gems in my Rails app's vendor directory?

I see help articles online referencing setting Gem paths in RubyMine but it appears in the current version of RM, that has been removed.

My RM is using the gems in my global Ruby install instead of in my Rails app vendor directory. This seems to be standard setup for Rails development, so this is confusing.

Suggestions?
