Junie causes seg fault

I'm unable to use Junie. Everytime I try to activate it via the icon, the JVM core dumps. I've created an issue a while back https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/requests/7398905, but there are no activity. It's really annoying to be paying top dollar for a product that cannot be used :-(
