Certificate problem modal dialogue plaguing CLion now

Just now a new behavior has begun occurring in both the current and EAP versions of CLion.
This modal dialogue is annoying because it keeps coming up and is locking the CLion interfaces.

This appears to be occurring across multiple products now. I'm seeing it in PhpStorm for the same domain (prod.fus.aws.intellij.net).
Yup, happening to me a lot, affecting work. Sigh.

The certificates were updated, and you should no longer experience this problem now.
