No reply for an opened support ticket for 6 days

Answered

Wondering because I opened a support ticket 6 days ago and besides the automated “generic” reply there's been no human reply.   I've never seen such a delay in the past.

If jetbrains is still operational and a staff member sees this post, please look at my latest ticket and at least give me an ETA of when someone might be able to investigate it or give an answer.

Hi Bruno,

What email address did you use to submit the ticket? Can you provide ticket number?

Looks like the last ticket from your account was created in our system in March:

7624434, it shows in my requests page and it shows open.

Apparently there's some issue with your ticket system where it doesn't show you all pending tickets.

I found an alternative solution by now (was painful but viable, by making a copy of the last maven repository, checking out from github in a new computer, building and comparing the results of the two repositories… after unzipping the JARs and WARs and removing all of the stuff I knew was not touched), but an answer would still be important as this could happen again.

As a matter of fact I was in a meeting yesterday and I managed to stop someone who was about to do the same steps that caused my issue.  If I wasn't there… we would have had someone else with the same issue.

Thank you, I found it and replied to you in the scope of that ticket.
We do have a bit of a backlog in our support team at the moment, that's why the reply times may be slightly longer than usual for a while. Our apologies for it.
As a matter of fact, we are actively working on reducing the backlog during this and the following week. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
