This needs to be investigated. Please report your issue on our tracker https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=DBE and include the logs from Help - Collect Logs in your reply

As the log may contain sensitive data, I may consider your suggestion when it's observed again. 
But your QA should be able to reproduce this.
(include stress-test scenario like memory max-out, killing the app & toolbox in Task Manager etc)

You can set visibility to your account and our team - jetbrains. Doing so will keep your post private as well as the logs you attach. I'd also appreciate if you could provide more information about this issue when you observe it. This will greatly help us in finding the root cause.
