Increasingly slow and unresponsive, consistently reaching 100% CPU usage.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open PHPStorm on windows.
- Load a project.
- Monitor the performance using the Activity Monitor.
Expected Result
PHPStorm should operate smoothly without excessive CPU usage, allowing for seamless coding and navigation.
Actual Result
PHPStorm becomes sluggish and unresponsive, causing disruption to my workflow, with CPU usage constantly hitting 100%.

Did you try disabling plugins to narrow down the issue? If it doesn't help, please provide me with logs:
