Impossible to use Junie combined with IDE Services

We are considering to use Intellij Ultimate edition with the Ai Enterprise option. For that, we have a trial license and started our proof of concept. We have installed License Vault / IDE Service on a kubernetes cluster and asked users to start using IntelliJ Ultimate, Ai Assistent and Junie.

Almost every task we give to Junie ends after a few minutes with the following error:

We can enter the Continue command but that makes the task start from scratch so basically, none of the tasks we give to Junie works.

We have investigated our laptops and network settings but did not find anything. The moment we switched the licence type in IntelliJ, use a personal license instead of an enterprise license via the IDE Services everything works like a charm. This proofs the laptop and network settings are not the issue, the problem is clearly reproducible by switching between personal license and IDE Services.

We have upgrade IntelliJ and Junie but that did not help, also upgrading the IDE Services did not resolve the issue.

Anybody has an idea on what could be the reason ? We do need the enterprise setup, but based on the current experience this setup is not usable.

Thank you for sharing the details of your setup and troubleshooting steps. Currently, Junie is not supported under the AI Enterprise plan, which is why you are experiencing these issues when using it with your enterprise license. This limitation is confirmed in the official JetBrains documentation, and support for Junie in AI Enterprise is not yet available.

If Junie is essential for your workflow, you may consider using a personal license or switching to a plan that supports Junie, such as AI Pro or AI Ultimate.

Thanks for the quick response, I do have some follow up questions:

1. Is there a timeline for the availability of Junie in the Ai Enterprise license

2. According to the sales department, we have to use the Ai Enterprise license. Is it possible to use the Ai Ultimate or Ai Pro license combined with License Vault and the IDE Services ? Besides our ambition to use Ai (Junie) we are also interested in the floating license option and the IDE provisioning features. If this combination is indeed possible, would it be possible to change our current trial license so we can continue our investigation on the usage of Junie ?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide with any ETA for AI Enterprice subscription plan as of now. Please follow for the updates at our official webpage: https://www.jetbrains.com/junie/. 
Floating license server (license vault) doesn't support AI licenses, unfortunately.
