Feature Request: Purchase Quota for JetBrains AI Assistant

Hello,

I really enjoy using the JetBrains AI assistant tools like Junie—they’ve been incredibly helpful. However, I often run into quota limits and need to contact support to resolve them. It would be great if there were a self-serve option to purchase additional quota, similar to how GitHub Actions works with budgets. This would make it much easier to continue using the tools without interruption.
