Abt PyCharm and Tcl

Recently I've got a question from you abt my opinion on PyCharm. As I ‘m beginner scarcely deared to give my opinion. I like it very much, it is very friendly, helps a lot and after a more o less short period of using it will give a lot of feed.back. But… I’m been stopped by the fix “Perhaps is occurs because Tcl wasn't well installed”. And that after two months of using PyCharme without a problem.Searching on the web I find the following explanations: “One must avoid in any case Anaconda”;  “It doesn't work with the Python Interpreter 3.13 ”. Since I have Python 13.1 there isn't way out . But why it worked Ok before? I don't know.  I regret a lot leaving PyCharme, but there is no option for me.
