No response (One week) from support

I have no response (One week) from support, and billing about payed AI Credits  it have never been delivered by JetBrains.

  • Why no simply deliver what custumer have paying for? (easy and logic solution)
  • Why ghost custommers who asking for what they have payed ?
  • Do JetBrains will consider me as a bad personne due i asking for what i have all ready payed ?

 

PS: Please update “Topic *” list for have correct/full JetBrains product list…
