AI Payments

Answered

Hi,

I am owner of a “All Products Pack”  which includes AI. What I didn't know is, that it looks like it only contains 10 AI coins a year, which is a joke….

I am using AI for my daily work. 2 weeks ago I got the message, that I have reached the Pro plan limit. So I bought a topup for 12 Euro. Now 2 weeks later the same message appears. Does this mean, that I have to spend around 24 Euro a month to be able to use the AI permanently?

When I buy the ultimate package I get 35 coins for 25 Euro. So thats cheaper (even still expensive) but should I really downgrade from all products to Intelliji ultimate just to have more AI?

I dont understand this payment policy.

Hello! The All products pack includes an AI Pro License, which allows a quota of 10 credits per month. This would be the same as purchasing a standalone AI Pro license.

The message regarding the Plan limit appears when the allotted quota is consumed within the 30-day period. The message is not triggered by any set time of usage. For example, the 10 top-up tokens which were purchased could have been spent in two weeks, or spent over the period of 1 year, depending entirely on how extensively the the AI Assistant and/or Junie are used.

There is currently no plan which will allow for unlimited or permanent use of AI for the month. The AI Ultimate plan is the highest tier, at 35 credits, and if that runs out, you can switch to your AI Pro license (included in the All pack), and keep working with AI.
