Honestly, this error message looks weird, and I wonder why there is a `.php` icon, not a PHPUnit on your screenshot. Here is a screenshot from my installation if I hit “Fix configuration” and get a PHPUnit configuration modal (mind the U-shaped icon):
Could you please try to add the PHPUnit configuration via the “File | Settings | PHP | Test Frameworks” settings window, would it behave differently?
