e.g. select the word followed by KB shortcut:

to turn “ACCOUNT_NO" into “/*ACCOUNT_NO*/”

By default, it's ⌘ + ⌥ + / for macOS and Ctrl + Shift + / for Windows. The corresponding shortcut can be configured via Comment with block Comment in Settings | Keymap.
