Hotswap does not update classes after change in IntelliJ IDEA 2025

I've been using hotswap for my minecraft plugin development by connecting to the server with Remote JVM Debug configuration. I wanted to move to 2025 version and tried doing the same but in the newer version when i do changes in the code and rebuild it, it says that all classes are up to date and there is nothing to reload. In 2024 version same actions properly update changed classes.

Hi Harpervenom,
Please provide more details about the issue:

  1. What build tool are you using Gradle/Maven/IntelliJ IDEA (JPS)?
  2. A screenshot of your Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Debugger | HotSwap
  3. Collect IDE logs via Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data, upload them to our server and provide us with the Upload ID. The uploaded data will be accessible only to our team and will be used solely for investigating this issue. 
    It will help us collect more information about internal errors, your environment, and other possible sources of your problem.
