I am a verified member of the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but I cannot activate my JetBrains Student License.
Even gitHub has already verified my student status. But when I try the “Authorize with GitHub” option, the process still does not work and I get blocked.

If it is not possible to access student/teacher licenses through GitHub or educational email address, it may be due to certain EDU email addresses not being promptly recycled, unclear management policies, or recorded misuse in previous cases. Therefore, we have temporarily removed these domains from the automatic approval list.
If you are studying in Taiwan, at this moment we would like to ask you to apply for the manual approval via OFFICIAL DOCUMENT instead and upload your student ID card as well as certificate of enrollment within current semester.
It generally takes 1 or 2 weeks to process an OFFICIAL DOCUMENT application. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at sales.cn@jetbrains.com for privacy considerations.
